Peace

This is a sad post but I just realized that this is the best I could do for the situation I'm about to discuss.

"Humans kill humans, it is not guns that kill humans." This was the phrase that was uttered to me for the umpteenth time after a short discussion about gun control. Well that's the sad reality of the situation. My dream is that we as humans just put our differences aside or rather solve them in a way that doesn't result in loss of life. What am I getting at here? The Gaza situation. I'm talking about the children who lost their lives or who were affected by this crisis in the past few months. Or maybe change that previous sentence to present tense. I mean how long can we allow this to go on for? Many of us just read through the articles or see pictures of the sad events happening in 'that' part of the world also knowing that for the majority of the people, nothing can help the situation, not even a like, a share or a retweet. I mean when you have a warm bed to sleep in and a roof over your head with no fear whatsoever that you might not wake because your carcass is lying all over the place in numerable or innumerable pieces?...it doesn't really matter at that point. I'm not taking sides or anything, as a matter of fact I'm still trying to get my head around the origins of the crisis. What I know is that this is just not right. Can we just not love one another regardless of our differences? The mere fact that innocent masses are falling on either side is a cause of concern.

No one chooses to be born in a certain part of the world, let it not be the a crime for someone's to simply exist.
